An extension of TOPSIS method using interval bipolar linguistic neutrosophic set and its application

چکیده

TOPSIS, known as the “Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution” (TOPSIS), is one well-known methods solving “multi-criteria decision-making” (MCDM) problems. Many TOPSIS have been developed solve real-life problems using neutrosophic sets. However, no study has method under interval bipolar linguistic environments. Therefore, this aims present a new concept “interval set” (IBL_NS). IBL_NS more flexible and adaptable real-world applications than other Some set-theoretic operations, such “union”, “intersection”, “complement”, “operational rules” are defined. Then, procedure in developed. In proposed IBL_NS-TOPSIS method, ratings alternatives importance weights criteria expressed IBL_NS. An application presented demonstrating advantages approach.
